Federations continue to identify business risks which could impact future liabilities and need to understand how to prevent and minimize such risks. The session will focus on outlining how to set up prevention and education programs to prevent risks from happening, how to use risk transfer products (such as insurance programs) to transfer potential future liabilities, understanding current trends in risk exposure (such as cybersecurity, sexual abuse and child molestation) along with determining appropriate levels of insurance for various policies.
