If this pandemic has taught employers anything, it's that you cannot predict or control everything that will happen in your workplace or your environment. In order to be effective, you must be able to lead during times of expected and unexpected change and be set up for business continuity even when faced with events that are outside of your control. Leaders need to create a new vision, align teams and find new solutions to move forward. This session will focus on leading in an environment that is ever changing, unpredictable, and where there are no known solutions to draw upon from the past.
